STRETCH MARK AND SCAR REVISION IN PERTH FOR EVERY SKIN TYPE AND TONE
Your skin tells your story. We're here to help you feel comfortable in it once more.
Advanced techniques that work with your skin's own repair processes — improving texture, colour, and depth over a personalised course of treatments. No false promises. Just honest care and real results.
You've carried a lot — pregnancies, growth spurts, weight changes, life. And your skin shows it. There's nothing wrong with that. But if those marks are the first thing you see when you look in the mirror, you don't have to just live with it.
This is what Saja here for.
WHAT IS IT?
What is Stretch Mark Treatment?
Stretch marks are one of the most common skin concerns we see at Saja — and one of the most emotional to talk about. They can appear after pregnancy, rapid growth in adolescence, weight changes, hormonal shifts, or simply genetics. They are completely normal. And they are also something many people feel genuinely self-conscious about.
Our stretch mark treatments use a combination of advanced techniques — including microneedling, radiofrequency energy, and targeted skincare — to stimulate the skin's natural collagen and elastin production in the affected area. Over a course of treatments, the texture, depth, and colour of stretch marks can all be visibly improved.
We won't promise you they'll disappear. We will promise you honest, realistic, and genuinely supportive care — and real improvement that grows with each session.
WHAT WILL IT DO FOR ME?
What can you expect?
Stretch marks typically go through two phases. In the early, red or purple phase, they respond particularly well to treatment. In the more mature, silver or white phase, improvement takes longer but is still very achievable.
With a course of treatment, you can expect the marks to become flatter, softer, and less visible — with improved skin texture and a more even tone in the surrounding area. Many clients find that even if the marks don't vanish entirely, they stop being the first thing they see when they look in the mirror.

How it works
Before your appointment
A consultation is required before any stretch mark treatment begins — we'll cover all of your before and after care as part of your treatment plan. We also recommend a course of LED treatments to help prepare the skin beforehand. In the weeks leading up to your appointment, keep the treatment area moisturised — well-hydrated skin responds better. Avoid sun exposure on the treatment area for at least two weeks before, and don't use retinol or strong active skincare on the area for 5–7 days before. Let us know if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have recently given birth — we'll advise on the right timing for you.
On the day
Your appointment begins with a proper consultation to look at your stretch marks, assess your skin, and talk through a realistic treatment plan. We'll explain exactly what to expect — honestly and without pressure. Depending on the treatment selected, you may feel warmth, mild pressure, or a slight sensation similar to light scratching. We use numbing where appropriate and work at a pace that keeps you comfortable throughout. Sessions typically last 45–75 minutes.
After your treatment
The treated area will likely be red, warm, and sensitive for 24–72 hours — this is a completely normal healing response. Keep the area clean and moisturised, and avoid sun exposure. Avoid active skincare on the area for 5–7 days. Results develop gradually between sessions — patience is genuinely part of this process. We'll check in with you between appointments to track progress.
Honest answers. No fluff.
FAQs
-
Completely removing stretch marks isn't something any treatment can guarantee — and we'll never tell you otherwise. What treatment can do is significantly improve their appearance: reducing colour, improving texture, and making them far less noticeable. We'll always give you an honest picture of what's achievable for your specific marks.
-
You may feel some sensation — warmth, mild pressure, or slight discomfort — but it should be manageable throughout.
-
Every client is different, generally, 2 to 4 treatments may be necessary. Older, more established marks may take longer to respond. We'll be transparent about timelines at your consultation.
-
Everyone heals at their own pace, and we always work to yours. Generally, we allow 4–6 weeks between sessions to give your skin the time it needs to fully respond and recover. For those with deeper skin tones, healing can naturally take a little longer — sometimes up to 10 weeks or more — and we factor that in from the start, not as an afterthought.
Rather than booking you in on a fixed schedule, we'll arrange a check-in appointment four weeks after your treatment. That way we can see how your skin is actually doing before we plan what comes next. No rushing, no guessing — just a decision made together based on what's right for you.
-
Newer marks (red or purple in colour) tend to respond more quickly and dramatically. Older marks (silver or white) take more time but can still be meaningfully improved.
-
We will always assess your skin carefully before treatment. Certain techniques require extra care on deeper skin tones — we'll discuss this openly and only proceed with what's appropriate and safe for you.
-
We recommend waiting until you've finished breastfeeding before beginning a course of treatment. We'll help you plan the right time.
-
Your safety always comes first — and that's not just something we say. Before any treatment, we'll take the time to understand your health history properly so we can make sure what we're recommending is genuinely right for you.
There are some conditions where we'd need to pause, adapt, or refer you elsewhere before going ahead. These include:
Bleeding disorders or haemophilia
Active infection of any kind — bacterial, viral, or fungal
Skin cancer
Blood-thinning medication
A tendency toward keloid or hypertrophic scarring
Cardiac conditions or abnormalities
Current chemotherapy or radiation treatment
Recent laser hair removal in the treatment area
Cardiovascular disease
Vascular lesions such as haemangiomas
Current use of Roaccutane or certain skin medications
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Conditions such as hepatitis, HIV, or active rosacea
If any of these apply to you — or you're unsure — please just let us know when you book. There's no judgement here, only care. We'd rather have an honest conversation upfront than have you feeling uncertain, and in many cases there may still be options that work safely for you.
The results speak for themselves.
