How it works

[ Step 01 ]

Before your appointment

Come with a clean face — no makeup — or we'll remove it for you. Avoid harsh exfoliation in the 48 hours before your session. Let us know if you're taking any photosensitive medication, as this may mean LED isn't suitable for you at this time.

[ Step 02 ]

On the day

You'll lie down comfortably while the LED panel is positioned above the treatment area. We'll give you protective goggles to wear. You may feel a very gentle warmth — nothing intense, nothing uncomfortable. Most sessions last 20–30 minutes. It is genuinely one of the most restful things we do here. You might actually fall asleep — and that's fine.

After your treatment

Your skin may look slightly flushed immediately after — this settles within an hour. Apply SPF before heading outside. LED works best with consistency — a course of 6–10 sessions gives the most meaningful results, with monthly maintenance sessions to keep your skin supported ongoing.
